Order Cancellation WindowWithin 24 Hours: You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing your order free of charge.:
- Between 24–72 Hours: After the initial 24 hours but within 72 hours of ordering, there will be a 50% cancellation charge for cancellations.
- After Production or Dispatch: If your order started production or has been shipped, we apologize but no cancellations or refunds can be made.
Our cancellation policy is meant to honor the time, work and skill of our experienced patch designers and workers. To make custom patch orders, you need custom materials that require special labour – these are one use per request so they can not be sold, re-used or reused.
Customized OrdersWhen production begins, all customised embroidered patches, personalised orders of badges become non-cancellable. As these are made to order products, they cannot be returned, cancelled, or repurposed. We highly urge customers to verify all the design and order details before final confirmation.
